Abuse and trauma can take many different forms. Maybe it means that you were physically hurt by a loved one. It could involve manipulation, guilt, or gaslighting from those who you thought would support you. Maybe you have had a difficult relationship or circumstance with an employer, or witnessed a horrific event.
