My Approach

I work with clients primarily through a client-centred lens. By doing so, I'm able to strive towards a strong rapport and walk alongside you as you tackle the issues you are facing. I try to understand who you are, your personality and attributes, and how your experiences have had an impact on you in order to tailor the goals and work we do together to fit you specifically. 

I will also draw from principles from Attachment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, and somatic experiences. I believe in a mind-body approach that integrates all of the pieces to look at the whole of you. 

Together, we will tailor our sessions to fit your needs and goals, build healthy and sustainable coping skills and patterns, and build the life you want to live!
